Parts & Materials

Where applicable, products and materials (films, coatings, accessories, etc.) are covered under manufacturer warranties.

We only use proven, high-quality brands to minimise failure rates.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work.

If any issue arises as a direct result of installation or workmanship, we will inspect and rectify the issue where appropriate.

Important Notes

• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or third-party interference
• Warranties are non-transferable if the vehicle is sold
• Maintenance and aftercare must be followed to maintain warranty eligibility

Detailing

Satisfaction Guarantee

You should know at collection whether you’re happy with the result.

If something has been missed, notify us promptly and we will address it where reasonable.

Paint Protection Film (PPF)

• Backed by manufacturer warranty (up to 10–12 years depending on film)
• Covers defects such as lifting, peeling, or installation faults

Not Covered:

• Stone chips, scratches, or physical damage
• General wear and tear

PPF is designed to protect your paint — it is not indestructible.

Ceramic Coating

• Warranty periods vary depending on package selected
• Covers coating failure under normal use

Not Covered:

• Improper maintenance
• Use of harsh chemicals or incorrect washing methods
• Physical damage or neglect

Vinyl Wraps

Up to 5 Year Workmanship Warranty

Covers installation-related defects such as:

• Lifting edges
• Peeling
• Shrinking due to install

Not Covered:

• Sun damage, fading, or environmental wear
• Scratches, tears, or misuse

Vinyl wraps require proper care to maintain their appearance.

Window Tinting

Lifetime Warranty (Material & Installation)

Covers:

• Bubbling
• Peeling
• Discolouration

Not Covered:

• Scratches or damage caused by external factors

General Disclaimer

While we take every step to deliver the highest level of workmanship:

• Some imperfections may not be fully correctable
