Services

Elite Autostyling provides automotive services including, but not limited to:

• Detailing
• Paint protection (ceramic coatings, PPF)
• Window tinting
• Vinyl wrapping
• Vehicle enhancement services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Bookings & Payments

• Bookings may require a deposit to secure your appointment
• Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle condition and size
• Full payment is required prior to vehicle release

Failure to pay may result in retention of the vehicle until payment is received.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
• Rescheduling must be done with reasonable notice
• Custom services (PPF, wraps, special orders) are non-refundable once commenced or materials are ordered

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle
• Remove personal belongings prior to service
• Ensure the vehicle is in a condition suitable for the booked service

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Mechanical faults
• Items left inside the vehicle

Workmanship & Expectations

While we take all care to deliver high-quality results:

• Results may vary depending on vehicle condition
• Some imperfections may remain if permanently embedded or previously damaged
• Timeframes are estimates and may change

We do not guarantee perfection — we guarantee professional workmanship to industry standards.

Warranty Disclaimer

• Any warranties provided are subject to manufacturer terms (e.g. coatings, films)
• Improper maintenance, misuse, or external damage will void warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

Elite Autostyling Pty Ltd will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of use, income, or opportunity
• Damage caused by factors outside our control

Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, images, text) is the property of Elite Autostyling and may not be used without permission.

Third Party Services

We may use third-party providers (payments, software, etc). We are not responsible for their policies or actions.
